This ranch is all-inclusive, meaning all meals, accommodations, facilities, activities, and entertainment is provided during your stay. 1 free trail ride (9 years and up) or 1 free pony ride (8 and under) is also included in an overnight stay admission pass. You do not, however, have to stay overnight, you can also purchase a day pass with all the same benefits, minus the free trail ride and dinner.
Pine Ridge Dude Ranch sets a 'higher standard of fun and adventure', providing guests with several different riding and recreation options. You can ride all day, or simply view the horses from afar by the campfire. The sprawling wooded property here holds a large herd of horses, which consists of a good mix of Quarter Horses, Thoroughbreds, Appaloosas, Paints, Percherons, Clydesdales, Icelandics, Arabians, Morgans, and Haflingers.
Your group can choose from walk only rides, walk and trot rides, and advanced walk, trot, and canter rides. Each experience lasts about 45 minutes total unless you add an additional activity such as Roping and Lasso training, Stable Tours, or meeting the new filly onsite. There are also additional programs available such as the Sunset Ride, Own a Horse for a Day, and Barn Buddies.
After you've spent plenty of time 'horsing around' head to the onsite eatery, Round-Up Corral, where Chef Jeremy will be serving up seasonal specials including such options as smoked brisket, ribs, fried chicken, and all the fixings (vegan/vegetarian options available as well). Enjoy a smores by the campfire before heading to bed (there are 7 different room styles available to choose from), or perhaps enjoy any of the additional activities available onsite like swimming in the indoor swimming pool, enjoying live family entertainment or music acts, climbing the 20' rock wall, trying your hand at archery, or enjoying a tractor ride.
Pine Ridge is really good at working with groups of all sorts, with options for a nighttime DJ dance party for student groups, team building for corporate retreats, and appropriate activities for scouts, senior citizens, religious groups, and special needs groups.
