Opry Mills
Opry Mills is Tennessee’s largest outlet and value retail destination, so get ready for some serious retail therapy! The over 200 stores in this one-floor shopping wonder take up an impressive 1,200,000 square feet! Opry Mills was opened in 2000 and is located at the former site of the Opryland U.S.A. Theme Park, adjacent to the Grand Ole Opry as well as the Gaylord Opryland Resort. This whole establishment was actually closed down in 2010-2012 due to flooding and has since reopened with a redecorated and revamped look. The mall is also located on the beautiful Cumberland River, so your group will get a chance to see the General Jackson showboat as well as several other various tourist cruise line boats!
Once inside you may be overcome with options as you try to make your way through all 200 stores, some of the top favorites including Bass Pro Shop, the Vera Bradley Outlet store, J. Crew, Saks 5th Avenue, and the Under Armour Factory. There are also tons of fun, family-friendly entertainment options. Take a break and catch a movie at the Regal Cinema or IMAX, spend some time at the adult arcade center of Dave and Busters, or let your inner kid loose at the LEGO store. Make sure you check out the full food court options as well, including such fully operating restaurants such as the Rainforest Cafe, Chuy’s Mexicano, or the Aquarium Restaurant. There’s something for everybody in your group here at Opry Mills!
