Anglin’s Fishing Pier is a key part of Lauderdale by the Sea, this popular fishing pier first opened in 1963. There are 2 different types of fishing you can do here; sand and reef ‘rock’ fishing. Find sand fishing from the Bait House to the Middle House, then find reef fishing from the Middle House to the ‘T’.

All year long you can find Snapper, Snook, Blue Runners, and Croakers, and seasonally you can find Bluefish, Mackerel, and Cobia. Stop by the Bait House and pick up tackle, live bait, or snacks from the cafe, or perhaps book a pier tour while here.

Not interested in fishing? No worries, pack a picnic lunch, and enjoy the views!

*Note* Only half of the pier is open currently (2019) due to damages made by Hurricane Erma.
