Day One

Nelson Atkins Art Museum
Groups will enjoy collections of American and European works of art from the most prominent schools and periods. See art from artists such as Homer, Caravaggio, Monet, Titian, Rodin, Renoir and hundreds of others.

National Negro League Baseball Museum
Created to tell the story of the Negro Baseball League, the museum features multi-media computer stations, several film exhibits, hundreds of photographs, a baseball field of 12 bronze sculptures and a growing collection of baseball artifacts.

Union Station & Planetarium
Union Station has a wide range of attractions including a live theater, giant-screen movies, award-winning traveling exhibits, a hands-on science center, a planetarium, and many fascinating tour options. While you are there marvel at the Grand Hall’s 95-foot ceiling, three 3,500-pound chandeliers and the six-foot-wide clock hanging in the Station’s central arch.

Boulevard Brewery Tour
A 45-minute walking tour of the production facility, where you’ll hear about the history of Boulevard and their brewing process and philosophy. The visit will conclude in the Tasting Room where your group will be able to sample a variety of Boulevard beers.

Kansas City Repertory Theater
Dazzling performances from some of the finest actors in Kansas City and across the nation, performing Guys and Dolls; Love, Janis; Into the Woods; and other spectacular Rep musicals.

Day Two

Kansas City Zoo
Honored as one of “America’s Best Zoos in 2008”, the Kansas City Zoo is home to the Tropics-an indoor rainforest, polar bears, giraffes, tigers, zebras, the African Sky Safari, and much more.

Money Museum
The Money Museum at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is a great experience offering a free, up-close look of the nation’s financial system. Groups will learn more about the Fed through interactive exhibits that explore banking, how people pay for things and how monetary policy decisions impact you.

National World War I Museum
The United States official World War I Museum. Groups will take a step back in time and learn about World War I. The Museum gives visitors a comprehensive look into World War I (1914-1919) and its lasting consequences. It provides visitors with a vivid and memorable experience.

Harry S. Truman Home Tour
Visit the home of the 33rd President of the United States. See where he and his wife Bess lived from 1919 until his death, with the exception of their years in the White House.

Chip’s Chocolate Factory—Watch them make fudge!
Watch and smell as unbelievably delicious treats, are made by hand right in front of your group! After it is made indulge in some of their delicious fudge or chocolate. Do not miss your chance to see a real live chocolate factory.

Day Three

Loose Park Rose Garden
Loose Park is the third largest park in the Kansas City area and is home to a spectacular rose garden. The beautiful scenery is sure to delight every traveler.

McCormick Country Store & Downtown Weston Area
Downtown Weston is a charming town 45 minutes north of the city full of history and beauty. Take some time to visit the many shops, tour a winery, or visit the Weston Brewery. Visit the McCormick Brewery store in beautiful downtown Weston, Mo. Full of McCormick products and gift items, it is a unique place to spend some time.  Once you leave you will be planning your next trip back!

KC Fountains Tour
The KC fountains are a great source of beauty and celebration for the city. On the fountain tour, your group will take a bus tour around Kansas City and see the magnificent fountains scattered throughout the city.

KC Royals Night Game (If in Season)
Enjoy America’s favorite past time at the recently remodeled Kauffman Stadium. Enjoy hot dogs, popcorn, and a great baseball atmosphere. Be sure and your group visits the Royals museum and learn about the rich history of the Kansas City Royals.
