Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad
The iconic Cripple Creek & Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad is a seasonally operating tourist train that runs between Cripple Creek and the city outskirts. This 2-foot narrow-gauge heritage railroad utilizes the revitalized portion of the historic Midland Terminal Railway.
During your trip, your group will depart from the 1894 depot and take a 45-minute steam engine ride through historic gold mines, past popular mining camp Anaconda. The 'sounds of steam and working steal' provide an interactive historical experience like no other! During your trip, you will be able to enjoy educational narration teaching you all about the railroad's history, as well as several photo opportunity stops, such as Echo Valley.
This train operates seasonally mid-May to mid-October and has had 53 successful seasons of tourist rides and education to date. Be sure to stop at the gift shop at the depot before you go and pick up your Victor Narrow Gauge souvenir!
