Museum of the Bible
While all museums in D. C are top notch, highly educational and memorable experiences, this museum, in particular, will officially become the most technologically advanced museum in the world upon opening, providing something that not a single museum in the world can - extremely interactive experiences! The Museum of the Bible is a new addition to D.C popping up on 4th Street, just three blocks south of the U.S Capitol.
The Museum of the Bible will total at an astounding 430,000 square feet, the entire property filled with over 40,000 items and artifacts total, a close to miraculous feat! Explore the Narrative Floor and see the stories of the Bible come to life with immersive experience and artifacts, from Genesis to the New Testament. The History Floor will show your group archaeological discoveries from the past such as the 1800 different Torah scrolls (largest such collection in the world) or fragments of the Dead Sea Scroll, and the Impact floor puts it all into perspective with a visually stimulating way to look at the Bible's impact on culture and civilization across the world. There are 8 floors total, however, it is said that it will take a total of 9 8 hour days to see it all.
Your group will enjoy the gorgeous personal touches throughout such as the 40 ft tall bronze doors, spectacular rooftop garden, 140-foot digital canvas ceiling, 500-seat Performing Arts Theater with digital mapping technology, and last but not least, the onsite restaurant.
