A waterfront entertainment and dining destination, Pier 21 is the perfect place to spend a day, or end an afternoon of touring in Galveston.
Start early and experience everything from the wonderful exhibits at the Texas Seaport Museum to embarking on a BayWatch Dolphin Tour. Take in an informational film at the Pier 21 Theater and learn more about the pirate Jean Lafitte, watch cruise ships come in to dock, or hop on the ferry to go visit the Ocean Star Drilling Rig Museum.
Many Galveston visitors enjoy relaxing evenings on the Pier with a delicious dinner at restaurants like Nonno Tony's World Kitchen where you can dine on baked oysters, seafood pastas, or the stone oven baked pizzas. Take a stroll along the water's edge as the sun sets in the West, an ice cream cone in your hand. Sample the shops and take a look at the wares sold at the pop-up booths along the walkway, full of hand crafted goods and artwork.
You never know what you might find at Galveston's Pier 21 but you're sure to have a good time!
