In the glorious tradition of the mighty old West, Missouri hosts the site of Dolly Parton's rodeo extravaganza, Dixie Stampede. Here patrons are seated on opposite sides as either the rebel Confederates or the Patriotic Union, though neither side fights to enjoy the show. Everyone is treated to riding tricks, dinner theater, and sometimes even Dolly Parton herself makes an appearance. Every ticket includes admission to the show as well as a tasty 4-course meal. Vegetarian meals are available on request. The rodeo includes both wild and tame animals, all handled expertly by trained individuals. The skilled control and graceful elegance of these professionals are both awe-inspiring and exciting. Pyrotechnics and special effects are also used to make this show an amazing experience that you will never forget.
At Dixie Stampede, groups are welcome and are sure to enjoy the exceptional accommodations that are available. Not only will the entire group revel in the Western style rodeo show, but they also are included in many special amenities including banquet services, two themed meeting areas, and audio visual equipment is also available for use along with a screen for viewing presentations and videos. Special dinner shows can be specifically dedicated and planned to fit your group with themes such as animal care for a group of Boy Scouts or even a fashion show for the Red Hat Society. Certain groups may include church functions, military reunions, employee appreciation or corporate retreats. The group is included in several special presentations and also in audience participation events. The venue allows for groups up to 1,100 people.
