Day One

Freedom Trail
Kick-off Day One with a trot down this famously well-traveled 2.5-mile brick-lined path that will introduce you and your fellow patriots to no fewer than 16 historically significant landmarks - the Bunker Hill Monument, Old North Church, King’s Chapel and Burial Ground, the Boston Massacre Site and the Paul Revere House among them – and along the way, you’ll hear the riveting true tales of the courageous Bostonians and colonists who dared challenge Britain and went on to establish the greatest republic in the world!

New England Aquarium
The animal lovers in your group will be delighted to find the New England Aquarium is much more than just another big fish tank! In addition to its exclusive Marine Rescue Team that rehabilitates injured and sick seals and the largest shark and ray touch tank on the East Coast, this watery wonderland is packed with so much to see and do you could spend the whole afternoon meeting and mingling with its thousands of fascinating residents. Troops of penguins promise delightful entertainment, and you’ll gain privileged peeks at the habits - and into the habitats - of resident lionfish, amazing moon jellies, green sea turtles, leafy sea dragons, cow nose rays, a giant Pacific octopus - and more. Head out back for a little fur seal and sea lion action, spend some quality time with the speckled harbor seals out front, enjoy seasonal whale-watching or catch a popular 3D flick on New England’s largest movie screen. The Aquarium's Animal Encounters let you customize your visit; learn what it takes to run a marine animal facility with a selection of specialized behind-the-scenes tours hosted twice daily!

Day Two

Service Project
Day two – rise and shine! Your group will be heading out to perform benevolent community works - whether you’ll be stocking shelves at a local food bank, helping out at a women’s shelter, serving the homeless at a soup kitchen or assisting a struggling student with homework, you’ll partner with Catholic Charities in Boston to provide essential services to those in need.

Boston Harbor Cruises
Ahoy, Mateys! To close this second day of your Faith and Freedom lark, your party of intrepid explorers will embark on an entertaining and educational Historic Sight Seeing Cruise of beautiful Boston Harbor. These 90-minute excursions get you out onto the water where you’re regaled with boatloads of relevant legend and lore; you’ll even learn how the “malodorous” old working harbor was transformed into one of the cleanest in the country. Cruise highlights include unmatched views of the nation's oldest continuously-manned lighthouse, the Harbor Islands National Park Area, Boston's working port and a peek at the “lush life” on the beautiful waterfront.

Day Three

Cathedral of the Holy Cross
Begin Day Three with a visit to the grand and glorious Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Boston - the largest Roman Catholic Church in all of New England. Holy Cross, a magnificent house of worship designed by noted nineteenth-century Irish-American ecclesiastical architect Patrick Keely in the Gothic Revival style, boasts a length of 364 feet, a width of 90 feet, and a height of 120 feet and contains an 1875 Hook and Hastings pipe organ, the largest - and arguably finest - instrument ever built by the historic company. This breathtaking and beloved historic cathedral seats 1700 and faithfully serves a vibrant and diverse Boston community since 1875.

JFK Library and Museum
After your visit to Holy Cross, you’ll tour this most impressive tribute to our nation’s 35th president, situated on ten idyllic acres overlooking Boston Harbor, Dorchester Bay and the Atlantic Ocean he so dearly loved. The JFK Library and Museum artfully portrays the life, leadership, and legacy of President John F. Kennedy while conveying his unswerving enthusiasm for politics and public service and deftly illustrating the nature of the office of the President through an assemblage of engaging multimedia exhibits including “The Campaign Trail”, “The Space Race”,” The Oval Office”, “First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy” and The Kennedy Family.
